1. Warranty Classification & Authority

Products sold by Gadget Trend carry authorized manufacturer coverage in compliance with local and international standards. Coverage is assigned as:

  • **Official Brand Warranty**: Handled in accordance with authorized brand service guidelines. Claims are processed directly by brand service hubs.
  • **Gadget Trend Care Warranty**: Handled at our dedicated technical service center by in-house diagnostic engineers.

2. Duration & Exclusions (Laptops & Accessories)

Warranty periods vary by manufacturer (typically 1 to 3 years) and are noted clearly on your purchase invoice. Not all components carry the same duration:

  • **Laptops / Desktops**: Carry full hardware diagnostic coverage for the specified period.
  • **Batteries & Power Adapters**: Laptop chargers and internal batteries typically have limited coverage (usually 1 year) according to the brand's factory policy.

3. Service Processing & Global Logistics

Minor hardware errors are resolved in-house by our certified service engineers. In the event of critical component failure (e.g., motherboard chipsets or custom displays) requiring shipment to international manufacturer hubs, Gadget Trend will fully bear the shipping charges, customs clearance, and global service fees.

4. LCD Display & Pixel Defect Standards

In accordance with international ISO display standard policies, monitor screens or laptop LCD panels displaying **1 to 3 dead pixels** are not eligible for replacement. Screen replacement claims will only be verified if there are **4 or more dead pixels** present.

5. Void Conditions & Exclusions

The warranty coverage becomes completely void in the following circumstances:

  • Physical impacts, screen cracks, casing drops, and aesthetic damage caused by user mishandling.
  • Liquid ingress, humidity corrosion, burnt circuits from power surges, or unstable voltage supplies.
  • Operating system failure, viruses, data loss, or motherboard failures resulting from unauthorized custom **BIOS flashing/updates**.
  • Broken factory warranty stickers or repairs attempted by unauthorized third-party technicians.

6. Showroom and Online Check Rules

Please adhere to our return checking procedures to avoid dispute:

  • **Showroom Purchase**: Customers must fully inspect the product quality before leaving the store. "Change of mind" exchange requests are not allowed post-purchase.
  • **Online Delivery**: Any cosmetic package defects or damage must be immediately flagged to our helpline within **24 hours** of courier receipt.
